remote assistance and all those kind of features are only available if you have windows messenger installed. to only use msn messenger, read these instructions i'm gonna post here in a moment (et me search them :P)


edit: read CookieRevised's reply to I am about to rip my hair out over MS Messanger to learn how to disable windows messenger and still use remote assistance and all that stuff :P ;)
