ermmmm..... A PNG is a PNG... and that's a graphic.... otherwise it isn't a PNG.... Every file on every computer with every operating system contains "hexadecimal characters"....
"Hexadecimal characters" is just a way for showing the bytes of which every file consists of (even a plain textfiles can be viewed in a hexadecimal way)....
Like I said, open the PNG with a paintprogram...
