1) What is your exact MSN Messenger version number. To find this out go to
Help > About MSN Messenger. It should be something like 6.2.xxxx...
2) Post ALL the plugins that you have, and if you can include the versionnumbers. You can get the whole list by typing
(!PVER) into a conversation window. (mind the uppercase and the "(" and ")")
3) Post ALL the addons that you've installed (including their complete version numbers), like SmileyCentral....
