if that remote pc is a server (ie: that there's no one using it, so you can't talk with him/her) you can put an automessage with the tag (!XIP) and install one of the (at least) 3 plugins that show the external IP. A quick search on the forums will give you the results.

It'd include authentication (user & pass) and then you could use messenger as a console, sending commands similar to dir, cd, copy, move, get, put, etc..., however I found a job and I have too much work to do it, so currently there's nothing done.
