I said Outlook Express, you can check your Hotmails accounts with Outlook Express, look:
Just go to Tools > Accounts > Add > Mail. Write your name and click Next. Write your e-mail address and click Next. Select HTTP from the first combobox and Hotmail from the second one and click Next. Write your username and password and done
