Change your multiplier and FSB settings back to factory default seeing it is overclocked, because it could be overheating or something - and yes, sometimes it doesnt register as an overheat when the machine does. I doubt its a power issue either, Windows XP does not drain anymore power than 98.

I would say its the overclocking, the motherboard, or you're just having bad karma recently :-/
