Oh, now I see what you meant... this guy just decompiled the resources ofPlus!. In the principle, you'Re right, peopel could chage some pics and redistribute a modified version of Plus!, but they still wouldn't gain any credit from itexcept for the "skin" they created. Don't worry about that, decompiling resources is an extremely easy thing to do for anybody, it's just that generally, people don't care .
