I've just tried it one more time. I logged in both times, made sure I was exporting/importing appropriately, unselected and reselected all checkboxes so I knew they were selected, and still there was nothing.
Maybe I can give you the file produced so you can check what's on it (I don't want it to work for you though and get rid of your preferences, that would be too unlucky. Doesn't work for me but it works for you
)
But otherwise, it looks it might be easier to just start over from the start again...
