As far as i understood, he said that he uses a program that sends a mail to him when someone tries to call him (on his telephone i presume)and says who calls, but instaead of mail he wants to get a message in messenger.
so the person who's calling has to wait until he reads the email to see who's calling instead of just asnwering the phone?
