As far as I can tell, you are experiencing password encryption problems, and when you try to open your log files (entering the password), it tells you the password is incorrect.
If so, you might be glad to hear that problem is fixed, as you can read at
Encryption password problem FIXED, and that it should be solved in the next version of Plus! (3.20), which will be released at Sunday 19th September
