New Version : Email-To-Popup

New Version Features
+ Email Sending
+ Attachments (they work, i think)
+ Email Deletion
+ Tray Icon
+ Debug Form also writes to debug.txt

Bad Features
-It's coded in vb so if you dont have the runtimes it wont work...
-still a few bugs

please post your reviews, bug reports and Idea's for next version please.
