Service Pack 2 is already out in many languages; however, it does not always appear on the Windows Update page already.
If you desperately wish to download it, you can go to
this page; at the bottom of the page you can select other languages.
Please note that this download is 271 MB in size and meant for IT Professionals and Developers. If you are not one of those, it is recommended to wait until the update becomes available from the Windows Update center. That update will also have a smaller file size, as it is more suited for your computer.
