I was wondeing if anyone could tell me how to make a login page this is what i got so far

i wanna know how to make it to where it will accept only certaing usernames and p.ws and when the person hits login it will allow them to veiw a page thats off limits to others
(im not trying to hide anything im just testing this out cause me and my friends wanna make a school website and we are gonna make it to where only certain people hinting only people from the school can enter) can anyone help.
