I can't really control what Google ads show. But that ad would be for like keylogging software so you can seen what your teenage daughter has been doing on your computer. Due to G's 'smart' content/ad targetsing it gets the 'spy' and 'software' keywords and there's ya ad

Anyway, you can turn this 'annoyance' off in the options window. Under "General Options" check the "Disable command typo protection" item
