Yes when you close the Config Dialog the plugin will be disabled. It was a bug i fixed it and the new version can be downloaden from: http://www.msgplus.net/pluginsdb/down/?action=file&id=102
Also, be sure you have Windows Messenger installed (at least 4.7).
