I remember suggesting to Patchou adding another command-line option regarding language to use...well, he said any installer using /slientinstall switches should pre-set HKLM\SOFTWARE\Patchou\MsgPlus2 -> DefLanguageFile before running Plus! setup. However, in my opinion, still this should be changed and improved (Y)
