You need to exit MSN messenger before you install plugins, if you did that and it still doesn't work..redownload the plugins maybe they got cripled whilst downloading (always save the file do not open directly also don't use downloadmanagers)..still not working: try installing them on the administrator account (boot into savemode and choose the account called "administrator")
