Well, I had that problem too.
But, because my friends are stupido's who don't check the msn sites, they had still 6.2.
Because I hate it if I can't see custom emoticons, I've downgrade by myself to 6.2 with my skin and there are my Plus! settings, emoticons etc. back.
If Plus! will be for 7 BETA too, I will have to choose between them...
But, ontopic, I don't know anything 'bout a patch.
