O.P. RE: Free Emoticons Toolbar for Outlook Express
Thats what ive been doing. When i drag & drop it adds it as an attachment though . Im using this one, Handy Animated Emoticons, demo where it wont allow you to use all emotocons, but some. And almost all custom, gota rename em sometimes to make em work though . No spyware found yet.
