did u followed the instructions ??

u need to:

1 - install Ink Redistributable
2 - install handwriting addon
3 - restart your computer

it should then work, if not ? when u start messenger does internet explorer start up and go to a page that doesn't load ?

if it does, then it mines that Ink Redistributable isn't installed
