no, but you do need style xp to run them..
www.tgtsoft.com, that is a very professional theme program, and it doesn't contain adware, but you can either find a not-so-legal copy, or use the trial and/or buy it. and the themes do not contain adware, spyware or malware either, you simply place them in Windows > Resources > Themes... and they appear in the style xp main window.
