This functionality is available if you use Windows XP (and possibly Windows 2000, but it might not work on that system; it will for sure not work on Windows 95/98/ME).
To enable the handwriting functionality in MSN Messenger 7 make sure you have the Windows Journal Viewer installed. You can install the Journal Viewer free of charge at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?F...b44&DisplayLang=en or by using Windows Update.
