O.P. RE: Postifying bio's?
MyBB and this board go in different paths. Although the core was once the same. Many things that WDZ added here were added later to MyBB (see overhead report notices).
MyBB is for general purpose, while this, close-coded and undistributed, serves other purposes. Don't forget WDZ was part of MyBB dev once, iirc.
