My computer is in its dying days and profiles keep corrupting so recently i've mooved everything to a new profile (making some programs not work correcty

So my question is how can i backup (where is the file that has) my email settings in it, because as with firefox also fudged up but i found a bookmarks.html so i just copied that over and voila. i was wondering if anyone knew if i could do a similar thing with thunderbird
Basically thunderbird loads nothing up at all its all white i want to completely rid my system of all files of thunderbird then install it again but still have my email settings saved, any suggestions?
