hey im new at this, so please help

i have
msn ver. 6.2.0137
Messenger Plus ver. 3.25.106
stuffplug-NG 0.7.39

an i cant get the oversize funtion work.

when i load a new pic an answer yes to keep the size i still wont work

please help
