O.P. Sound Notifications

Hello all,

Im having problems with msg plus. I have it set up so that some of my contacts have different sounds when they sign in and out. It hardly works when they sign in, but ALWAYS works when they sign out? why? id rather it was the other way about if anything lol Its set up so that "notify me when contacts sign in" so i dont see why it shouldnt work?

help!!
