http://messenger.msn.com and there is a 'download msn beta now' button or something alike.

MSN Messenger Beta, being a beta, is not yet complete and still has many bugs, as does the msgplus beta, it is fully working, but regardless of that, there are some features that may not work to the normal standards of the previous full versions of Messenger Plus!
