    You don't need to use a program to get themes on XP, all you have to do is patch some small .dll file, download any theme and put it in the "\Windows\Resources\Themes\"  folder.

www.themexp.org was also given as a place to download themes. it says i need  stylexp, can i use the uxtheme.dll (patched) to use the themes?.....where else can i get themes?
