MSN Messenger 7.0.0604 has been leaked, it's illegal to have it. That, and Messenger Plus! doesn't work right on it.
As you have been told, the is no real release date for both programs. It might be in March or maybe April. The only way to know is to hang around in the forums (
not asking this question over and over again, of course). Someone will post the news, be sure of it.
