thats weird... r u sure you restricted the right one? i think its msmsgs.exe .. and i also restricted msmsgsin.exe... everything in the "messenger" folder...

.. sorry i cant help you, its all i know.. maybe for some reason msn 7 is dependent on windows messenger in order to run on u'r computer
... but i never heard of something like this....
Edit: try ad-aware... and after you download them run the addins i mentioned in the post above. hopefully that will help..
