Well, as you know, there is the whole "reputation system" and in that, it has an area where it tell you about, how many negatives, positives and neutral votes you have... :

I think that you should be able to press each of the "neutral", "positive" and "neutrals", so that you can view the neutrals alone and so on, it would be useful so that you won't have to go through each page of the reputations for those people who have got quite a high reputation...
I thought of this while looking at wdz's reputation, and couldn't be bothered to find the second negative reputation...
