I got the handwriting from installing MS Journal Viewer, and it drops messages for me too. When I uninstalled it a month ago the messages also stopped disappearing (although the tab was still there). Now I have installed it again, and the problem is also back.
I think there might be a connection to msgplus, since one of my friends who has handwriting but not msgplus doesn't experience any problems. Does anyone who has this problem want to test the theory by uninstalling msgplus while keeping handwriting? (I can't do it because I can't live without the chat logs...
)
