if you and your contacts have stuffplug ng 2 installed, and the d/p resize option enabled than you can resize the display pictures and your contacts will see them bigger

KEEP IN MIND that they need to have stuffplug installed and the d/p  resize option enabled as well in order to see the resized pics.
