O.P. File transfers

It seems like whever I try to send someone a file or someone tries to send me one, MSN goes all retarded and I have to sign in again. It's highly aggravating

I have MSN 6.2 installed and Messenger Plus! 3.50.124 installed. Anyone have any idea of what might be happening and how I can fix it? Thanks much (A)
