This was explored in the past, the result was that it wouldn't work, I can't remember the reason though. Search the forum, I'm sure the answer is there...
wasn't there something called handwriting plus or something like that...i've looked on google and cant find it...whatever it is called it turned .jpg's and things into handwriting messages and you could send images to contacts through it...wasn't free though 
yeah i think there was a free trial period for it.. it's probnably still on mess.be... dunno if it works on new messenger versions though
