You'll have to be more specific then that though. Where can't you see emoticons? In screen names? In custom names? Are those custom emoticons or normal emoticons?
Anyways, if you have trouble expressing yourself in English, you could post it in Dutch and someone will translate it for you. Or you can go to the Dutch Messenger Plus! forums:
