This is the advertisement banner in the msnm7 window, everybody has it, but if you download the latest
stuffplug.
Once installed do the following:
Go to any instant messaging window... go to
Plus! > Plugins > Stuffplug-NG > Configure... in here go to "MSNM7" and check "Hide Text Advertisement in Conversation Windows"
That should fix your problem
