Stuffplug has the option of telling you if people have deleted you, but this won't tell you if they have deleted you prior to installation. You can still get it from here:

Stuffplug used to have the option of telling you if someone had blocked you, but it doesn't anymore. However, there is this online block checker which can be found
here.
It is quite reliable, and only sometimes gives the wrong information.
