ijakings, don't worry about timezones..you will log on messenger within 7 days after you possibly got added anyways.
The extra chances are extra chances on beeing drawn, both for the PSP and the laptop.
Just make sure you got Messenger Plus! or Msg Plus! in your MSN name whilst the contest lasts (if you don't and you do get added for the drawing of the laptop you loose,
rules of contest. It's not needed in your name to win the PSP tho).
