Ok i'm going to try and explain this as simply as possible.
I was using msn 6.2 with the penguin skin installed. I was also using Messenger Plus version 3.25.0.106 with various plugins. All of these were working fine together.
I decided to switch to msn 7. So i removed the Messenger Plus plugins, then Messenger Plus, then the penguin skin and then finally msn 6.2. (Through the add/remove programs bit of the control panel). I then proceeded to download msn 7. (I didn't install any version of Messenger Plus with it.)
After a few days i decided that i did not like msn 7 and wished to switch back to 6.2. So i removed msn 7 but then found that it was no longer available for download from the microsoft web site.
So to get around this i used system restore to restore my computer to the point before i started removing programs. This worked fine except for Messenger Plus and the plugins. When ever i start my computer i get
this error message.
Do you have any advice so i could get Messenger Plus working again without removing it and losing all my settings?
