You can get Ink Redist here. Whilst installing choose "for all" or it won't work.

Note: handwriting does not work on all OS'es, see Ink/Handwriting Plugin Everything you need to know right here

For MSNM 7 only Ink redist is needed, not the full plugin.

(helpers: please do not post direct downloadlinks, there might be things the one asking for help might want/need to read first)
