O.P. msg plus wont download

I'm trying to download msg plus on my mother's computer but after a while it's says INTERNET EXPLORER cannot download msgplus.352.exe from download.msgplus.net and the connexion with the server has been reinitialized.
Idon't know what to do !
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^o)
