The service needs help with hosting.
Nick2588 asked for help on the
WhatPulseForums on 2005-04-04, but the thread seems to heve been forgotten, even though it has been made sticky. The last post to the thread was on 2005-13-05, and no posts implied that the service was comming back up.

This service uses your WebAPI. You must turn on WebAPI in your
Whatpulse profile, and wait until your information is syndicated.
