yea never do system restore as it will not work..
hmm it mite be a trojan that maybe she made it run..trojans can delete ur whole HDD, but i'd say she maybe has a somekind of a very tough worm because it uses network holes to reduplicate itself and make everything slow.. or she just has a virus thats makin her comp confused
McAfee won't start unless it's auto launched and trust me - System Restore won't do it
