about the firewall, i have the latest version of msn and i know i should have better security for my pc. But i'm really bad with configuring firewalls so i always disable them and since virus scanners slow down my pc, i only install them every 4 months. But since i've got firefox, i must say i really don't have that many problems and i've never had a big virus since i've used it
the biggest virus for me is windows xp. so when things go really bad i just do format c
only happened once so far
