Do you? and how much?
i work out every day for about 30-45 minutes
i do 100 sit ups straight, no rest and i go all the way up, it takes me about 4-7 minutes, depends how i feel
then i do bout 50 calf rises
50 of those where u go all the way down and then stand up again (dont know the name
)
jump rope for about 5 minutes.
when i go to the gym i run for 10 minutes
bout 30 push ups, straight, no rest
handstand against a wall for 2 minutes straight (no head on ground)
handstand push ups
and some stretching
well thats my workout, how about yours
