NO html skills at all just a little bit of time and your on your way...except its a little limited on features and you hafta wait 7 days more multiple features but its alright...although youc CAN use html on it if you want but its alright if you dont want anything to much....it has guestbooks..background music..polls..chatroom...and um yeah cpounters n stuff...just basics
