edit: ok, it's not really that simple. I seems all of the network services use svchost.exe, which I have, but the service itself has been deleted without the file. Does anyone know how to create new services or even restore deleted ones?
First, use services.msc instead of msconfig.exe
Second, try this:
goto Start, goto Run, type "NET START SharedAccess"
and paste the error.
