O.P. Suggestion.. got idea of Google Talk
A plugin that can do the following in a coversation.

hope someone is up for the challenge :D
Downloaded three times and still no comment

** Forgive me for my lack of patience

****Group messages in a way that if  I send you two messages in a row they get grouped not treated as two DIFFERENT ONES...

**** I meant a plugin for msg plus :P
