O.P. [fixed] notifications on left side

Suddenly I'm getting plus popup notification windows on the left side of my screen 8-)

I didn't find any place where I can change it. Or I just don't know where to look? It's kinda annoying, they cover MDX popups

So thanks if anyone could give me hint how to change it back
